Steve built his first home in 1983, immediately sold it and started another. Things just kind of grew from there in which now has built, developed and sold in excess of 1000 homes. People are impressed by our down-to-earth approach to home design and building process. We have become known for our unique and imaginative ways of keeping the customer invovled and satisfied with little technical jargon. We understand the needs of families, enjoy building, and know how to put the two together.
